Our Clinical Orientation

Our therapeutic work is grounded in a trauma-informed, integrative approach that draws from a variety of experiential, relational, and attachment-based modalities. These include Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

We believe in working collaboratively with our clients every step of the way. You maintain full autonomy in your healing journey, and we are committed to transparency in the therapeutic process. Any interventions we introduce will be discussed together, with mutual agreement and intention. We welcome open dialogue and are always available to answer questions or explore concerns—because we believe therapy works best when it’s built on trust, choice, and connection.
