Information you send us
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, the state you live in, whether you are interested in therapy or coaching, your language and session preferences, your availability, how you heard about us, and your message. We use this information only to respond to you and to schedule your free consultation.
Please do not include detailed clinical or health information in the contact form. A short note about why you are reaching out is enough. We will talk about the rest privately during your consultation.
How we protect and share it
Messages from the website are delivered to our practice email, which is hosted by Google Workspace under a Business Associate Agreement. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. We only share it if required by law.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work properly, such as remembering your language preference (English or Spanish) and basic security protections from our hosting provider. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
If you become a client
Once you begin services, your health information is protected under HIPAA and handled according to our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you will receive during intake.
Emergencies
This website and our contact form are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
